Robert joined Stratcom in the summer of 2011 in the role of Director of Call Centre Operations. He currently manages the day to day operations of Stratcom’s call centres in Toronto and Vancouver, including performance, workforce and campaign planning and scheduling, staffing. Robert is also the primary management representative on various labour/management committees.

Robert has a strong passion for not for profit organizations. He has over 11 years experience working in the industry raising funds for some of North America’s largest charities. Further, over the last 15 years, he has served on the boards of many smaller not for profit organizations. For the last two years, Robert has worked with the Canadian Marketing Association’s Contact Centre Council to help create industry best practices and influence changes in government legislation within the call centre industry.

Robert lives in Whitby with his wife and 5 children. Outside of work enjoys refereeing both hockey and ringette where he has officiated at the provincial, national and international championship level.
