Corinne Berman has over 18 years designing and implementing unique customer strategies, focusing on customer relationship management and strategic planning.
Before joining Stratcom's team in May 2008, Corinne worked as an independent consultant, developing strategic plans for environmental non-profit organizations. Her focus was ensuring Client buy-in and facilitating sector/industry engagement on the Clients' core issues.
Prior to launching her consultancy business, Corinne developed the curriculum for and taught Global Economic Issues as well as MacroEconomic courses at the college level. She introduced forward thinking concepts such as "natural capital" and the economic costs of global issues for Canadians.
In addition, Corinne has over 10 years experience in the creation and implementation of customer loyalty programs delivered through a call centre platform, including those for Zurich Insurance, USAA, Adjusters Canada, Sunoco, Lexus, and Wyeth-Ayerst.
Corinne volunteers at the Toronto Heschel School where she is currently project managing the development of their website and is an active member of their Environmental Committee.
Corinne holds an Honours and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey) and was a founding member of the Association for the Advancement of Relationship Marketing.
