Non-profit focus: We specialize in serving the non-profit sector, and our staff have extensive experience with a broad range of charitable and advocacy organizations including health charities, hospital foundations, environmental groups, unions, political candidates, international development and relief agencies, among others.

For over ten years, Stratcom has been one of the few companies in Canada offering full company-paid benefits to part-time staff. Good citizenship: We donate free or reduced-cost services to a number of clients every year, as well as providing staff-directed cash donations to non-client community organizations in Vancouver and Toronto.

Professional ethics: Our staff practices the Code of Ethics in Professional Practice of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. We believe in donor-centred, ethical fundraising; all our charges are fee-based, not commission-based. Our Consultants are members of the American Association of Political Consultants and the Marketing Research & Intelligence Association and adhere to their ethical codes. We have been nominated for the Ethics in Action Business Award for our commitment to socially responsible and ethical work practices.
