At Strategic Communications (Stratcom), respecting privacy is an important part of our commitment to our clients, their supporters, research respondents and the general public. You can be confident that any personal information that you share with us will stay with us.

Any time you participate as a respondent in one of our surveys, or give a donation to one of our clients, whether in person or by telephone, mail or internet, you can be assured that your individual information will be kept confidential.

If you are responding to a survey, your responses to the survey questions are never linked to your personal identifying information without your permission. Your personal identifying information will never be sold to anyone. You are free to choose whether or not to support our clients' work or participate in a survey, and free to discontinue participation at any time.

Stratcom is fully compliant with Canadian Privacy Legislation and PIPEDA (The Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act). When conducting polls and surveys, Stratcom fully complies with the Market Research Intelligence Association’s code of conduct.
