Armand Cousineau was one of the first team members of Stratcom’s Campaigns and Research Department in 1998. Twenty-three years and thousands of projects later, Armand is the Director of Research for the evolved Research and Engagement Department, managing the planning, strategic development and innovations for all research projects (quantitative and qualitative). He has extensive experience with all stages of the research process, across many platforms and methodologies, from conception to reporting. His major responsibilities include methodological design, questionnaire design and drafting, statistical weighting and data analysis, reporting findings and coordination of project deliverables.
