As part of the Research & Engagement Department at Stratcom, Betty coordinates and implements such services as Telephone Town Halls, Broadcast Voice Messages, and Interactive Voice Responses.

Before joining the Stratcom team, Betty primarily focused on community outreach and political organizing. She has worked on several political campaigns, including Olivia Chow’s Toronto mayoral campaign and the 2015 federal election. She currently chairs Project Organize, a group of community organizers based in Toronto, and serves as a board member for the Institute of Change Leaders at Ryerson.

Betty studied biology and psychology at the University of Toronto.
