As part of the team at Research and Engagement, Carla works from creation through to implementation of Telephone Town Halls, Broadcast Voice Messages, and Interactive Broadcast Voice Messages and IVR Polling.

Carla has a passion for art and activism. She continues to use her voice to advocate for social justice and progressive change and has volunteered on several campaigns for the NDP. She especially loves pulling the vote on Election Day. Carla is also the proud mother of a brilliant neuro-atypical kid, and was one of a team of parents that successfully advocated to install a sensory room in his TDSB school.

Carla grew up in Winnipeg where she played music, made art and studied filmmaking at the University of Manitoba but is currently working on completing her B.A. honours from Ryerson, studying Politics and Public Administration.
