Lianne has over 20 years of outsourcing experience, and has worked exclusively within the Fundraising sector for the last 10 years.
Previously Head of Operations across two of the UKs largest fundraising agencies, Lianne was responsible for the successful delivery of over 3 million fundraising calls per annum, 5 Campaign Centres and over 600 Telephone Fundraisers.

Lianne has worked extensively with charities such as, OXFAM, WWF, NSPCC, UNICEF and British Red Cross.
