Matt was named President of Stratcom in 2017. Prior to this change, Matt was the Senior Director of Stratcom’s Research & Engagement department, a role he served in for six years. As President Matt oversees the day-to-day operations of all Stratcom departments and products, while continuing to play a lead role in all government-facing Stratcom work and many other projects.
Matt’s product areas of expertise include polling, focus groups, list enhancement work, Telephone Town Halls, Broadcast Voice Messages, voter ID live calling, texting and digital engagement, messaging and branding, campaign and strategic planning. Matt also works on new product development and has overseen the launch of multiple new products to Stratcom and our clients, including micro-targeting, Hustle and Prompt.io, MobileReach and Facebook re-targeting.
Matt holds an M.A. in Human Geography from the University of Toronto where he studied research methods, GIS analysis, and conducted research into visible minority electability and political decision-making when implementing controversial public policies.
