Data Analyst
Grace Zhang joined Stratcom in May 2022. She assists with Stratcom's research projects by programming surveys into online software, organizing, coding, and analyzing poll results, and generating final reports.
Grace graduated from Centennial College's Marketing Research and Analyst program and also holds a Master of Education from Western University. She also has experience working at talent consulting firms. One of Grace’s major projects in consulting was researching and analyzing wages of employees with varied working experience across different industries in China. This report generated a series of well-received recommendations from local employers and helped tens of thousands of employees maximize benefits, and further fulfilled Grace’s passion for research and analysis.
Grace is also skilled at analyzing surveys and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Her technical skills include statistical analysis in SPSS, data management in Excel, and data visualization in PowerPoint.
