Stratcom now offers several new options for our Telephone Town Hall service to help you reach your members or supporters online:

Web audio streaming

Our TTH platform can livestream the audio from your event on the internet. We’ll help you host the streaming interface on your website, or if you prefer, we’ll host it ourselves. Your audience will be able to enter questions online and respond to poll questions. They can listen and participate on their tablet, computer, or cell phone. Best of all, for most TTHs, web audio streaming is available at no extra charge. Try it on your next event!

Live video events

We now offer full video streaming services. Audio and video of your speakers, images, and slideshows can be streamed online during your Telephone Town Hall to your Facebook Live page or YouTube channel. Short video clips from the event can be shared to social media during the TTH to drive up interest and participation. After your event, the full video is available to post on your site or social media.

Come to our TTH facilities in Vancouver, Toronto or Ottawa, and we’ll take care of everything, including production of your video content. We can also come to your office and run the event from there, as long as you’ve got a good internet connection.

Social media promotion

Stratcom can help you build your audience online. Our consultants will work with you to develop a social media plan for promoting your event. We can help with copywriting, social media ad buys, and advise on best practices. We’ll set up an RSVP page for your audience to register for the event, and remind them through email, social media, or SMS. Not only will you get higher participation, but Telephone Town Hall events are a great way to collect more emails and phone numbers (including critically important mobile phones).
